Nanotechnology has been expanded in different industries and created new applications and properties in products. Accordingly, nanocomposites with special properties is very important. Polymeric materials and nanofibers with high special surface are suitable substrates for growing microorganism. This research represents a novel method for simultaneous synthesis of nano-silver by reducing method in caprolactam polymerization process. Hence, caprolactam and reducing agent on sulphur base was used for synthesis of nano silver in one bath by silver salt. Then, nano-composite fibers were prepared by electro-spinning method. FT-IR analysis confirmed structural changes in nylon 6 caused by different conditions of synthesis of nano silver. Moreover, UV-VIS, SEM, EDX, AA were used to study surface morphology. The nanocomposite fibers showed a significant antibacterial activity against gram positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus.
